The Precure franchise’s website announced that both anime series, Witchy Pretty Cure! And Yes! Precure 5 will be receiving sequel animes targeted toward an adult audience.
While details on the project are sparse, the sequel to Yes! Precure 5 titled The Kibō no Chikara ~Otona Precure 23~ will show Yumehara Nozomi and all of her friends as grown-ups, set years after the original series, and the tentatively titled Witchy Pretty Cure! 2 will be a direct sequel.
The Kibō no Chikara ~Otona Precure 23~ is set to premiere sometime in October 2023, while Witchy Pretty Cure! 2 will be premiering sometime in 2024.

The series has been around for nearly 20 years now with the original series Futari wa PreCure debuting in 2004. The franchise has been adapted into several types of media from films, anime, games, manga series, live-action dramas, and of course toys.
