Pony Canyon revealed the debut of Den Den no Denno Densha (でんでんの電脳電車, literally translated as Digitally-Powered Train Brain), a 3D short anime where Shishigami Leona, yupsilon, and SODA KIT’s Figaro, Rasetsu and Mugei all come together for a fun episode! Enjoy the absolute traffic chaos full of blurbs and tsukkomi!
Den Den no Denno Densha is a short anime that humorously depicts common experiences and events that occur in daily life, starring Leona Shishigami, a popular VTuber with roughly 300,000 YouTube channel subscribers, Yupsilon, a virtual artist who made their major debut this year on Pony Canyon and SODA KIT, a virtual singing group that became a hot topic as of late!
Den Den no Denno Densha will be airing every Wednesday, with teasers being posted on the official YouTube channel.
All guests board a mysterious train driven by Denden, the spirit of the train. This is a new type of work in which active V-Tubers and singers appear as the characters themselves. Anything goes inside this train because it is a virtual existence and the human-like talk is the exact opposite of that. So with the combination of laughs and ha-has, each episode will feature some rather whimsical occurrences inside the train…
▍Den Den no Denno Densha Cast
■ Shishigami Leona
Shishigami Leona (獅子神レオナ) is a female Japanese Virtual YouTuber, and a member of Re:AcT. Despite her cute appearance, she has an impressive singing voice. Her fan name is “Gaumaruzu”. She does a variety of activities, such as singing, playing games, and illustrating.
■ yupsilon
A virtual singer with a boyish and girlish voice that has no concept of gender, age, or what’s correct. They write their own lyrics and is also a singer-songwriter and Vocaloid producer. They are known for their philosophical lyrics, which they draw from weird angles.
■ Figaro
A virtual singer with a clear voice like running water, and a member of the singing group SODA KIT. She also creates illustrations and Live 2D by herself with the “handmade my own world” motto. She is usually a neat and tidy lady but sometimes has a mischievous side that makes her talk like a punk.
■ Mugei
A member of the singing group SODA KIT, she is a virtual YouTuber and singer with an edgy and distinctive singing voice. She started her career because she wanted to have her own art since she had none, which became her name. She is a self-satisfied character who hates to lose, but she is good at getting along with anyone.
■ Rasetsu
A bright, positive, energetic, pacifistic but slightly lying ogre. A member of the singing group SODA KIT, a Vsinger/Vtuber with a strong and high tone, he is the older brother of Yupsilon, who is also depicted as a brother in this work.
