Sawayoshi Azuma’s Oroka na Tenshi wa Akuma to Odoru (The Foolish Angel Dances with Demons) romantic comedy manga is confirmed to receive a TV anime adaptation.
Along with the announcement of the TV anime adaptation, a commemorative illustration by author Sawayoshi Azuma was released on the anime’s official website, along with a special manga that is also included in the 15th volume of the manga.
Oroka na Tenshi wa Akuma to Odoru follows the unusual romantic comedy between angel Lily Amane and demon Akutsu Masatora, as they try to outwit each other in their love game. The series is currently being serialized in Kadokawa’s Dengeki Maoh monthly manga magazine and its 15th volume will release on April 27.
To celebrate the TV anime adaptation, a limited-time campaign will be held on ComicWalker, a web manga site, where readers can enjoy six volumes of the original manga for free from May 9 to June 6, for a total of 666 hours.

Oroka na Tenshi wa Akuma to Odoru is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Sawayoshi Azuma. The series has been serialized in ASCII Media Works’ seinen manga magazine Dengeki Maoh since June 2016.
The manga follows the story of Akutsu Masatora, a demon who has infiltrated a high school in the human world with the mission of finding candidates to aid Hell in their fight against the angels of Heaven. However, things take an unexpected turn when Akutsu meets Lily Amane, a beautiful student who he decides to recruit for his cause. But as he gets to know her, he discovers that she is actually one of the very enemies he is supposed to defeat.
