In an exciting addition to the already expansive world of One Piece Odyssey, Bandai Namco announced the launch of the new story downloadable content “Reunion of Memories”.
Scheduled to go live on May 25, this DLC promises an intriguing opportunity for fans to revisit cherished moments from the One Piece universe, interact with renowned characters, and unravel a final mystery in a completely new journey.
The DLC Reunion of Memories enables players to immerse themselves once more in the memorable adventures of the One Piece universe. Familiar faces such as Mihawk, Perona, Enel, and Whitebeard, will form part of the mix of characters that the Straw Hat crew will encounter in this fresh exploration of the memory world. This DLC unlocks new adventures that unfold once the main storyline in One Piece Odyssey is completed, sending the Straw Hat crew back to Memoria, a world shaped by their recollections.
This additional content presents a novel journey filled with even more dramatic changes in beloved story arcs such as Alabasta, providing an intriguing twist to the narrative. One Piece Odyssey is currently available for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam.
▍About One Piece Odyssey
One Piece Odyssey features an original story and players can take on the role of nine of their favorite pirates, including Luffy, Zoro, Nami, Franky, Sanji, Usopp, Nico Robin, Chopper, and Brook. Players will follow the Straw Hat Pirates to solve the mystery of a newly discovered island with a system that utilizes their unique actions and a command battle system.
In the adventure part, players can explore the environments and get past obstacles using the unique skills of the Straw Hat Pirates. Players will have to utilize the qualities of different characters, for example, Luffy’s rubber body or Frankie’s ability to improvise tools, in order to overcome the obstacles in their adventure.
The game also features an original turn-based command battle system, where players take victory by using their favorite Straw Hat Pirates, and each character plays an active role in different situations.
