Bandai Namco Entertainment announced that it is adding a Steam port for its MMORPG SAO Integral Factor on an unspecific release date.
First released for mobile in December 2017 in Japan, Sword Art Online: Integral Factor is an MMORPG co-developed by Bandai Namco Entertainment and Asobimo. The free-to-play title later headed worldwide in March 2018 offering English, Chinese, and Korean option in-game. The Steam version looks to be the same offering four language options, and supports cross-play with the iOS, Android, and Google Play Games versions.
Sword Art Online: Integral Factor put players into the shoes of the protagonist of an original story in the same environment as the anime’s characters, who also take part in the user’s journey aiming to clear all 100 floors of the Aincrad. Players can also party up with other players from all over the world to do boss raids.
The game also offers different types of weapons, ranging from sword, rapier, dagger, mace, bow, axe, spear, and more. Players can also equip up to four Sword Skills and perform this with other players in quick succession, which is known as a Switch.
