Remember Pragmata? Revealed back in June 2020, Pragmata is Capcom’s mysterious new IP featuring a man in a space suit accompanied by a young girl called Diana in a post-apocalyptic world. It’s been some time since we heard of Pragmata, but Capcom was able to show off a bit of it at its latest Games showcase at Summer Games Fest, along with a new release date.
And the new release date is… Unknown. Thankfully the way the developers revealed this was really cute, as the trailer showed Diana drawing on the floor while the main character was fighting off against robots using a gun before her drawing is revealed to be another delay.
Capcom also released a statement regarding its delay which you can read below, stating that while its unfortunate the game needed to be delayed, the team is working hard to make the “best game that we possibly can”.

▍About Pragmata
Pragmata is a 3rd-person shooter set in a dystopian future, where humanity has been overrun by metallic structures jutting out of the ground, where the main characters are on a space station fighting off against an assortment of mechs from humanoids, to gigantic machines.
The game appears to be a third-person shooter with elements of dodging, melee combat, and a mechanic involving Diana which has her seemingly hack to alter certain systems of the enemies and player.
