Victor Entertainment, the company behind the JVC Music brand in Japan announced that it is working on a new 3D action RPG based on the Tokyo Revengers anime series coming mobile devices, Nintendo Switch, PC via DMM Games, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation 5.
The work will let you experience a high-fidelity recreation of the streets of Shibuya, with characters from the series rendered in 3D as players leap through time repeatedly to prevent the worst future from happening. The game will be based on the manga’s storyline and feature a “gorgeous voice cast”, which doesn’t confirm if it’s going to be using the same voice actors as the anime. This title will be a free-to-play game with in-game purchases.
The Tokyo Revengers game will launch in Japan in Winter 2023.
