A website and Twitter account has just opened up for an original anime titled Miru (未ル). The anime is slated for release in 2024.

Little is known about the anime, but what’s on the website infers a few details, such as this brief introduction that says “‘Confrontation and Harmony between Humans and Nature’ The protagonist will navigate challenges and personal growth, striving to preserve the environment required for our existence, while the presence of robots will be depicted alongside their journey”. The title of the anime is meant to represent the future and “is a verb that reminds us of the way we actively move with our own strength”.

In more simple terms however its Twitter account describes it as an anime story where the main character teams up with a robot to protect the future of the earth, so expect a kind of mecha battle series. The Robot was by Tasuku Iguchi, and surprisingly it was designed in the Design Office of Yanmar Holdings, a Japanese Agricultural company.

The anime’s key visuals and art were done by YKBX who is also the director for its concept movie that will likely be shown off at the upcoming Anime Expo 2023.
