Back in November of 2021, Azur Lane collaborated with the SSSS.Gridman and SSSS.Dynazenon anime series, and now Azur Lane is looking to do that one more time by collaborating with the Gridman Universe.
This collaboration brings back the ships present in the first Gridman collab, and this time also adds two more SR ships in the form of the Princess, and The 2nd, voiced by Maaya Uchida and Karin Takahashi respectively. All of the characters featured in this collab will appear in two limited construction events with the choice of only the old characters, or new ones included.
As this is also partially a rerun event, the Arclight Collab event also returns, letting you pick up the SR Aircraft carrier Chise Asukagawa and SR battleship Mujina.
The Azur Lane x Gridman Universe Collab begins from July 20 to August 3.

The fleets from the SSSS.Gridman and SSSS.Dynazenon makes a return! This time there will be two limited constructions, featuring the characters only from the first collab, and then another one also including Princess and The 2nd. Both constructions will be available from July 20 to August 3.

▍Azur Lane x Gridman Universe Arclight Event
With the return of the collab also means the Arclight event stages are back, this time with a few more rewards to boot!
As part of this collab, you can also pick up the SR character Chise Akukagawa for free from completing missions and exchanging Arclight Crystals for her. The Elite unit Mujina can also be picked up by exchanging Arclight Crystals, the same way she was acquirable from the original event.
Collaboration weapons also make a return, including the Dynamic Cannon, Goldburn, and the rest of the pieces of Rikka Takarada’s ship that make up her character art! These powerful pieces of gear increase firepower, critical power, health, evasion, anti-air capabilities, and more, and are not ones yo want to miss out on.
There will also be even more gear added to the game based on the designs of these characters, all acquirable through redeeming Arclight crystals and playing the associated minigame.
▍Azur Lane x Gridman Universe Outfits
New collab, new outfits, and the Gridman Universe collab is no exception as we’ll be getting a new set of character outfits for the old and new Gridman characters!
The first set of outfits is for Princess, The 2nd, Akane Shinjo, Yume Minami, and Chise Akukagawa, all wearing casual outfits they put on at home.
