▍4EVERLAST Gameplay
34EVERLAST is a ground-breaking action-adventure game condensed into an intense experience that can be completed in as little as ten minutes. Designed with the busy working adult in mind, it offers breathtaking fights and the gripping challenge of making your way through the end of the world time and time again.
Developed by Ogami from Kanata Lab, originally an ironworks owner, he transitioned into the gaming industry by learning Unreal Engine as a hobby during the pandemic. This led to the conception of 34EVERLAST, which was recognized as a promising prototype during the second term of the iGi indie Game incubator, and now the game is on its way to completion.
The game’s concept is a refreshing answer to those who once reveled in gaming but found themselves too drained from work to play hard. 34EVERLAST is a super-condensed action entertainment piece that can be completed just before bedtime. The gameplay is designed to be easy, intuitive, and satisfying without the need for tutorials, providing a stress-free experience where losing to a boss doesn’t result in a game over.
Players can enjoy an evolving world that changes based on their choices, continuously unveiling the mystery, all packaged in a brand-new type of game experience that fits seamlessly into the demands of modern life.
At an initial glance, 34EVERLAST may appear to be just another 3D action game. However, a closer look reveals a complex action-adventure game that incorporates escape puzzle elements. The interactions between different elements are intricate and multi-layered. If you make it rain in one part of the world, a desert elsewhere might become a forest. Deliberately losing to a boss could offer advantages in another part of the game.
The ability to make these discoveries and choices is vital to solving the puzzle of the three intertwined worlds, which stretch across more than ten interrelated stages. Upon clearing all 30-plus routes and arriving at the true ending, players are rewarded with an overwhelming sense of achievement as all the puzzle pieces align. The game invites players into an engaging, distinct, and immersive experience that pushes the boundaries of conventional action games.
