Developed by Sega, overseen by Atlus, Dx2 Shin Megami Tensei Liberation (D×2 真・女神転生リベレーション) for mobile is now ready for pre-registration.
Today, a new pre-registration promotional video (source: Dengeki Online) was also played in Akihabara, Tokyo.
The game is similar to other title in the Megami Tensei franchise. It is a turn-based RPG that is “negotiation”, “devil fusion”, and “skill inheritance” centric. Each map consists of a chapter of the story and different story quests.

The exact plot is yet to be revealed, but it is certain that it will revolve around heroes called Liberators, who possess a devil downloader called Dx2. They can summon devils and make use of the latter’s power to protect the world. Acolytes, who is the enemy, also owns Dx2.
Dx2 Shin Megami Tensei Liberation will be released within this year.
