During God Eater 8th Anniversary event yesterday, the franchise’s coming mobile spin-off God Eater Resonant Ops (ゴッドイーター レゾナントオプス) revealed the opening movie for the very first time.
The opening movie introduces the playable male hero (CV: Hiro Shimono), recurring characters like Erina, as well as new characters exclusive to Resonant Ops. In fact, players can also choose to be a girl (CV: Naomi Ohzora), who is not shown in the opening.

Resonant Ops is set after the end of God Eater 2 Rage Burst (PSV/PS4/PC). Besides a new setting featuring new characters, it also adopts a new turn-based RPG genre and new weapons/God Arc.
God Eater Resonant Ops will be out this Spring.
