Today (22nd March), Netflix has confirmed a 3DCG anime adaptation for Haruhisa Nakata’s steampunk sci-fi boxing manga series, Levius!
The series was serialized in Shogakukan’s Gekkan IKKIand later transferred to Shueisha’s Ultra Jump and renamed Levius/est. The upcoming adaptation will be produced by Polygon Pictures, the studio behind the streaming site’s recent GODZILLA movies.

In an age where devices are powered by steam, a technology that fuses bodies to machinery makes cyber-boxing fights immensely popular. A young man named Levius is drawn into these fights through what can only be destiny, but his talents will be what determines his future.
