The 21st ACGHK (Anime-Comic-Game Hong Kong) kicks-off today (26th July). The annual event gathers all sorts of anime and gaming related exhibitors, bringing a variety of different merchandise from your favorite series including limited edition items!
Although when one thinks of anime and comics, one would usually imagine Japanese IPs, ACGHK embraces local heritage as well, and this year, ACGHK celebrates renowned manhua artist Tony Wong (黃玉郎) and his 50 years in the manhua industry.
In addition to simply having anime, comics, and games, ACGHK also supported EMF (e-Sports & Music Festival), an event that celebrates the intensity of e-Sports alongside special live performances from a variety of different guests.
In addition to official booths, ACGHK also brings features a special “Creative Paradise” with fan-made items. From fan-made art books and delicate figurines to all sorts of different items, the Creative Paradise adds a dynamic touch to the convention with creative input from ACG fans in HK.
