TV anime adaptation of Mado Nozaki’s (野崎まど) suspense novel, Babylon (バビロン), reveals key visual and its first PV. The character sketches based on the design of illustrator Zain are also disclosed.
The story follows Zen Seizaki, a prosecutor of the Tokyo District Public Prosecutors’ Office, who investigate a case involving a newly developed drug. He finds a mysterious documents attached with human’s hair and skin, as well as a repetition of the word “F” inside. As he investigated deeper and deeper, he is dragged into the vortex of a huge conspiracy that involves the participation of the politicians.
Slated to premiere this October, the series is animated by Revoroot and produced by Twin Engine. Infini-T Force director Kiyotaka Suzuki (鈴木 清崇) directs the series, while Keisuke Goto (後藤 啓介) provides the series’ character designs, and Tokyo Ghoul music composer Yutaka Yamada (やまだ 豊) composes the series’ music.

Babylon is a Japanese novel series written by Mado Nozaki (野崎まど) and illustrated by Zain. Three volumes have been published as of November 22, 2017. A manga adaptation by Nobuhide Takishita began serialization in Kodansha’s Comic Days website in February 2019.
