The new PV of the anime adaptation of Kōji Kumeta’s (known by his work, Sayonara, Zetsubou-Sensei) comedy manga “Kakushigoto” (かくしごと) gives a sneak peek on the protagonist, Kakushi Gotō’s (後藤可久士) character voice, Hiroshi Kamiya (神谷 浩史). The anime is scheduled to air on 2nd April 2020.
Gotō is an artist who draws vulgar manga, who tries to hide it for the sake of his daughter, Hime. The title “Kakushigoto” is a wordplay between “the hidden thing” and “the drawing job”.
The series is animated by Ajia-do Animation Works and directed by “Brave Beats” director Yūta Murano (村野 佑太), with “Himouto! Umaru-chan”’s Takashi Aoshima (あおしま たかし) handling series composition, Shuuhei Yamamoto (山本 周平) designing the characters, and “Mr. Osomatsu” composer Yukari Hashimoto (橋本 由香利) composing the series’ music.
