Written by Dojyomaru (どぜう丸) and illustrated by Fuyuyuk (冬ゆき), light novel series “How a Realist Hero Rebuilt the Kingdom” (現実主義勇者の王国再建記) is confirmed to inspire a TV anime series. A special illustration by Fuyuyuk is also revealed.

▍About “How a Realist Hero Rebuilt the Kingdom”
“How a Realist Hero Rebuilt the Kingdom” is a Japanese light novel series written by Dojyomaru and illustrated by Fuyuyuki. Overlap published the first volume in Japan in May 2016. A manga adaptation by Satoshi Ueda was launched on Overlap’s Comic Gardo website in July 2017, and J-Novel Club is also publishing the manga digitally. The 12th volume of the novels and the fifth volume of the manga will both ship in Japan on 25th April 2020.
The series follows Kazuya Sōma, a humanities-student-turned-hero as he pulls on his knowledge of realism and Machiavellianism in order to rebuild a nearly collapsed kingdom.
