SEGA Games today (13th August) reveals the battle system for its upcoming smartphone game “Re:Zero Starting Life in Another World Lost in Memories” (Re:ゼロから始める異世界生活 Lost in Memories), which is set to release this summer.
▍Overview
Players will play as the protagonist, Subaru Tsubaki, whose memories are erased by a mysterious man. In order to retrieve his lost memories, players have to find clues via proceeding the story and quests.
The main story has three routes: the main route, the main route Alt. Ver. and the IF route. The “IF route” follows completely original contents, which includes the “Mimi Route.”
▍Battle System
You have to complete different quests to proceed the main story.
Equip Memoria Crystals (記憶結晶) to your team in order to enhance the stats of your characters.
The characters follow the relationship of an element wheel: Red→Green→Blue→Red, Yellow←→Purple.
The characters can obtain movement turn / unleash skills when the Action gauge reaches its fullest.
Each character has three skills. More time will be needed to unleash the ultimate skill.
▍Characters Skill
■ Subaru Natsuki
Subaru can strengthen himself during battles, which gives him advantage in long-term battles. His skill “Strongest? Upper” (最強？アッパー) can deal great damage to his opponents, as well as boost his attack and defense.
■ Emilia
Emilia is an attacker that uses poison. Her skill “Judgemental Ice Bullet” (制裁の氷弾) deals damage to all opponents and brings them 3 types of poisons.
■ Rem
Rem can strengthen the parties and poison the opponents. Her skill “Howling Iron Ball” (唸る鉄球) can lower the hit rate of the opponent and unleash poison.
▍Pre-registration Rewards
Pre-registration fo the game now reaches 500,000 and players will be able to obtain ★3 character guarantee gacha ticket x1, ★3 Memory Crystal and gacha ticket x 20.
