Square Enix today (13th October) starts streaming the 3rd story trailer for its upcoming smartphone game “Octopath Traveler: Champions of the Continent” (OCTOPATH TRAVELER 大陸の覇者), which is set to release on 28th October.
The game is set several years before the journey of the eight heroes. Orsterra is a land dominated by those with Wealth, Power and Fame. Players will be able to choose one of these three routes to start the game.
The 3rd trailer centers on one of the rulers of the land, “Writer” Argusto (CV: Daisuke Namikawa), who represents “Fame” in the game. Argusto is a stage play writer in the art city of Siatopolis. Rumor has it that people who gather in Siatopolis for his work get lost in lives forever.
