Publisher DMM GAMES announced the termination of mobile game Ragna Strike Angels (ラグナストライクエンジェルズ) today (31st March). The game will officially stop running on 31st May after five month of operation.
As reported earlier, its developer DINGO has gone bankrupt since 21st March. Some publishers such as Kadokawa reassured players that DINGO’s games would still be available and run by their respective IP owners. DMM GAMES will be the first one to terminate the operation of a game by DINGO.
Ragna Strike Angels was first welcome by players for the characters were designed by Misaki Kurehito (深崎 暮人) when it launched in December 2016. It has also been made into a series of short animation movies. Yet, the game’s bugs and disappointing gameplay have made it worth only a rating of 1.7 on Google Play and 2.9 on QooApp.
