The “idol battle” multimedia project, IDOL Bu SHOW, is getting an anime film in summer 2022 under the title of “Gekijō-ban IDOL Bu SHOW”. Cast and staff are also revealed.
IDOL Bu SHOW” is a “music battle” project in which three idol units compete to be the top of the “Tenka Flag Battle Royale,” determined by sales numbers and voting at each live performance. Each idol unit is led by a Sengoku-era commander transported into modern-day Japan as a music producer.
The three idols units are NO PRINCESS, Lunatic Eyes and X-UC. The group that wins will hold a grand live performance to adopt the name of “the greatest under the heavens.”
The IDOL Bu SHOW anime film will follow a completely original story with music created by Shigeru Saito, Akihito Tomita and Yohei Kisara. It is directed by Shingo Kobayashi and the script is written by scenario creation team, Kotsu Kotsu.
Characters are designed by NOB-C and the animation is produced by ORENDA×Amineworks. Meanwhile, a new music project will restart. it’s been two years for the release of a new CD.
