Bandai Namco announced today at the State of Play presentation that the popular anime series, JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure, is getting a new fighting game, JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: All-Star Battle R, releasing early this fall on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, XBOX Series X and S, Nintendo Switch and on PC via Steam.
JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: All-Star Battle R captures the passionate character expressions of the vintage JoJo, allowing you to experience the JoJo universe with powerful imagery as if Hirohiko Araki’s manga had come to life.

▍50 Playable Characters!!
In this title, players can brawl with their favorite characters in JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure, with up to 50 characters from every single story arc.
Jonathan Joestar, Jotaro Kujo, DIO, Jolyne Cujoh, and many more characters from JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure will all be available as playable characters.
▍A Brand-New JoJo Experience
The game design of JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: All-Star Battle R has been overhauled from the original JoJo battle system with adjustments to the fighting tempo and the addition of hit stops and jump dashes.
New audio voice lines from the anime voice actors as well as updated graphics to suit the anime’s art style and in order to give players the most authentic experience yet.
▍Multiple Modes
There are various modes that players can enjoy: All-Star Battle Mode, Arcade Mode, Online Mode, Versus Mode, Practice Mode, and Gallery Mode.
The main focus is the All-Star Battle Mode, which features classic clashes between heroes from prior games in addition to all-new battles, offering more than 100 different battles for players to experience. You can also brush up on your fighting skills in Practice Mode, and enjoy some multiplayer action locally with Versus Mode or go online in Online Mode.
In Customize Mode, you’ll be able to change the outfits of each character to your liking. These clothes can be bought via the Shop Mode.
