MBS announced on May 18 that they will be producing a live-action drama based on Shinta Harekawa’s Senpai, Danjite Koideha! (Senpai, Anything but love!) BL manga. The TV drama is slated to have eight episodes and will premiere on June 16.
The drama series will star Toshiki Seto as Yūki Kaneda, and Shūichirō Naitō as Atsushi Yanase, actors from the Kamen rider series.

▍About Senpai, Danjite Koideha!
The original work is a BL manga about the relationship between coworkers Yanase and Yūki. The pair work as CGI artists and Yanase, the senior artist CGI artist considers everyone beneath him and has to train the new employee Yūki, a stoic individual who is actually very shy. With the two constantly butting heads with each other, they are assigned a project where they have to work closely together! How will the two overcome their differences?
